This Privacy Policy describes how Puffin Labs, LLC ("we", "us") collects and uses information in connection with the RSVPlea service.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and display name when you sign in or RSVP.
• Event activity: the events you host or respond to, items you claim, and your RSVP status.
• Contribution information: the amount and status of contributions you make or receive. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Technical data: standard log and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the Service, process and route contributions, communicate with you about your events, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, and messaging) and Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

Event and contribution details are visible to the relevant host and, where appropriate, to other guests of the same event (for example, who has claimed an item). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and financial-record requirements. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@rsvplea.com.
